This tough Military grade nylon mesh is used in all sorts of military luggage and accessories from load bearing vests to pouches and ventilation windows and pack dividers. The Special Raschel knit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warp_knitting) uses heavy textured yarn secured by a much finer yarn, which results in a very strong mesh material that is extremely flexible for its weight and drapes well. This Tactical mesh is very strong and durable but also have a soft finish making it idea for cooling vests and other apparel uses as well.
