This is a heavy duty sewing thread for applications such as auto upholstery, home upholstery, drapery, bedding, luggage, purses, wallets, shoes, leather, vinyl, and more. 100% nylon is a tough fiber that is resistant to chemicals, abrasion and sunlight. Commercial size #138 is machine sewable. This is also referred to as T 135 size. Recommended needle size is 20 OR 22.
