  APPROX 7 oz. per sq yd. It has excellent tear strength and is very abrasion resistant. This fabric is amazingly tough and versatile. This fabric is made from Nomex with a Kevlar cross weave "Twill" pattern. It is a Fire Retardant Fabric with a Durable Water Repellent Finish which means water will bead up and roll off the material rather then soak through.
  
  We purchase this material directly from the manufacturer, though we can not provide any certificates for this material. While we can provide suggestions for the usage of this fabric the determination of where to use this fabric and testing is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
